The instructors are great!!! I like the Silver Sneaker Classes and Yoga Classes . They help with the balance and strength needed as well get older.

Variety of programs for seniors
I like the fact that you have a swimming pool, all different exercise equipment, walking track, different classes. Also the staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean.
Everything is clean and organized. Communication around programs is solid.
Kids Watch provided by the YMCA is the only reason I am able to take a bit of time to myself and exercise! The affordable cost also allows my whole family to enjoy the amenities.
Bicycling with Tim and we being able to use the cycling studio outside class time. Tim is a Great coach.
I like the group fitness classes. The pool is great for my daughter. She loves the Ninja Course.
It would be great if you could get a kids yoga group class.
I use the e gym and really like it!

My husband and I enjoy walking the track in a clean and pleasant and friendly environment. The Egym is awesome!

I love the y at French Creek. Plenty of programs to choose from. Everyone is nice and helpful. A very comforting place to spend time in.
Currently enrolled in the "move to lose" program. Really nice program ,kind of a starter boot camp class. Noah our instructor is great at what he does. Wished there were more equipment available to each class and rooms could be a little bigger to accommodate the size of class. But other then that very happy with what im doing there and I already plan to go another 10 weeks with this program.
On a side note , I wished the bootcamp program would get some evening classes.
There are many activities available on land and in the water.
You are not overly crowded.
Just workout on my own only.
They have a great variety and the staff is very engaged!

There are a rather large number of exercise classes and other programs. Danielle (Chair Yoga), Phyllis (Strength and Balance, Tai Chi, and Tap Dance), Britney (Cardio Dance), Jessica (Silver Sneakers), Martha (Strength and Balance), Amanda (AOA Fitness and Strength, BOOM), Moira (Zumba Gold), and Jan (sub once for Amanda) have good classes. Bus trips are plentiful. There are other short term programs, although many of these are not things that I would be likely to participate in (for example, weight loss programs, women on weights). Not a program but thanks for getting new paper towel dispensers as the old ones frequently did not dispense anything.
