I love all the weight training equipment. I used egym for 10 months in 2025. For 2026 I'm changing to free weights. I love that new benches and cable equipment have been added. One thing I would like to see is a rack of dumbbells with lighter weights in the free weight room, e.g.8 lbs, 6 lbs
I recently attended a Zumba class and love it. It was a Saturday morning class.
Love the Move to Lose classes.

The French Creek Y is a great venue with fantastic facilities and programs.
Some constructive feedback:
1. More Egym machines please - e.g. adductors and abductors
2. More child watch in the Ninja zone. It would be great to be able to leave kids with Y staff during all child watch hours. I've only been able to do it on Sundays
3. There is a sewage / plumbing issue in the men's locker room. If you walk through the showers and then go to the urinal and sick area it really does stick bad. I have reported this twice.
We haven't done any programming at this point but we love having access to child watch. We will likely start some programs this year

I really enjoy the choreographed exercises the instructors provide for group classes. I also enjoy meeting new people and creating new relationships.The Y offers many opportunities to a obtain a healthier life.
I like the wide range of classes offered for all age groups.
Yoga is my favorite right now.
Seems only make effort to come when weather is too crumby to hike outside on local park trails.
I am a swimmer and have only used your facility for swimming laps. I love the pool and the hours seem to have settle down - -
(1) A+ level of professionalism from staff.
(2) Swimming pool available for lap swimming.
(3) Up-to-date strength training equipment, especially an abductor/adductor machine, lateral ellipticals, EZ bars, and TRX bands.
(4) Personal trainers whose specialties and interests span a broad spectrum, allowing clients to find a good fit.
(5) A clearly labeled stretching room.

Something for everyone
The Y is awesome. Love the childwatch. The aquatics program and summer camps are both excellent as well. I have 4 kids and I love all the class options for them to keep them active.
Hours are great
Love the classes in the rec pool. Especially Nacy’s 11:00 class on Monday and Friday.
