I love all the weight training equipment. I used egym for 10 months in 2025. For 2026 I'm changing to free weights. I love that new benches and cable equipment have been added. One thing I would like to see is a rack of dumbbells with lighter weights in the free weight room, e.g.8 lbs, 6 lbs
I recently attended a Zumba class and love it. It was a Saturday morning class.

The French Creek Y is a great venue with fantastic facilities and programs.

Some constructive feedback:

1. More Egym machines please - e.g. adductors and abductors
2. More child watch in the Ninja zone. It would be great to be able to leave kids with Y staff during all child watch hours. I've only been able to do it on Sundays
3. There is a sewage / plumbing issue in the men's locker room. If you walk through the showers and then go to the urinal and sick area it really does stick bad. I have reported this twice.

I really enjoy the choreographed exercises the instructors provide for group classes. I also enjoy meeting new people and creating new relationships.The Y offers many opportunities to a obtain a healthier life.
