Great facilities & instructors, only problem is you need more classes that you don't have to reserve 24 hours in advance to get into the class. People that like to exercise need to know they can consistently, but I get your problem of finding enough help!
Swimming, pickle ball, trips.
I like the new weight training equipment
Everything
Early swim times and 24/7 access!
I took the older adult assessment this week. It was my first in person experience since I joined. It was a great experience and I got some excellent tips on how to improve.
I love the AOA Ballet, but they keep moving us to different locations and the current location above the pool, rude people keep interrupting our class even though there are two signs that say "class in progress" do not disturb. I heard that the Y has a dance studio space but it's being used as STORAGE. Come on already. Get it together.
I only do Jessica’s water aerobics
Love the AOA group exercises. Gives me a chance to socialize and work out.
I do not use any programs. Only there to work out.
Making friends
I appreciate all the classes, programs, and travel opportunities offered to active older adults.
the treadmill and stationery bike
The staff is friendly and I enjoy the diversity and inclusivity of the Y. Love my Silver Sneaker classes.
I love the senior classes
Wide variety of programs and a wide variety of hours to suit everybody's schedule
The instructor Gail is AWESOME ‼️‼️‼️ And the class itself is amazing.
I wouldn’t recommend programs and activities. I believe they are varied and seem easy to attend but they also seem to be frequently cancelled due to unavailable instructors.
It took weeks for anybody to contact me about personal training. When someone finally reached out, they handed me off to somebody else then that person couldn’t see me at a time that was convenient to me.
I finally found a trainer outside of the Y. I’ve been working with them for a year.
Love using the competition pool.
The staff is always available! to assist your needs! Also there are always new classes! It’s never a boring moment at the YMCA! 💪🏾!
There is something for everyone . Many classes at different levels and different age groups !!!!
There's a lot of variety and everyone can find an activity that meets their interests. There are activity levels from beginning to advanced levels. There are a lot of free weights and machines.
Every thing.🙏
I go to the N royalton YMCA not French Creek but recently took a seniors bus trip that included French Creek as well as NR folks and I enjoyed it very much. The bus did pick me up at North Royalton Y. Please continue trips!!
Love the classes, especially Pilates with Lisa and strength classes with Kathy.
I’ve only come to this way very rarely (because it is a far drive) for the swimming pool. I’m a lifelong lap swimmer and I absolutely love this Pool! It is cleaner and brighter than the other two YMCA pools I use. The eight lanes make it so even if there is a class in part of the pool, there are still a decent number of lap lanes available. I assume the pool in the next room is warm water because I think I’ve seen arthritis class going on in there.
Chair yoga
We like the variety of activities offered. From track walking/running, swimming and many others. My daughter and her two children joined recently. After my husband and I told her about the ninja room and the swimming pool. We were there this past weekend both Saturday and Sunday. We swam for a few hours and then we went to the ninja room and played for over an hour. We all had such a good time. Also the lifeguards are very nice there. We will definitely be back soon. Such a nice facility
The teachers are nice

Love the offsite silver sneakers classes
