You have friendly, helpful people at the front desk. I love the knee machine upstairs. It is the same kind I used to rehab my knee at the Cleveland Clinic.
They are varied and age appropriate.

I really like the facilities at French Creek. They have a great variety of equipment and classes. I never get board there. Help is always available and I typically don't have to wait to use anything.
Pool
Programs and activities are not something I utilize.
I like the variety and quality of classes
My sister and I use the pool for swimming laps usually 3 days per week. Everyone we have encountered who is employed at French Creek Family Y could not be more kind and helpful. We love this facility.
I like the fact that I can go anytime and use the EGYM and track as my daily routine.

Actually, I just come in to use the gym and the track! I'm impressed by all the great equipment that you have available --- especially eGym! I'm hoping that my friend from LA will be coming this summer for a short stay. Would love to take him there to show off what we have in AVON!!

I specifically came for an orientation to EGYM and excited to use this specific feature since it is not at my home Y. I really have no experience with weight training and I thought this was a safe and effective way to get into strength training.
Open swim
I walk twice a week. Then ride a bike for 15 minutes. I enjoy all the people I encounter. I don’t take classes anymore because of the sign up policy.

I prefer outside exercise to inside but group fitness and weight e-machines are fun enough to walk in the door.
Warm welcome is appreciated & morning coffee a nice touch!
