I love Nissan line of products. I owned an Armanda several years back and it was a great ride. The service dept was great, we always got our oil changes there. I just recently looked around at several dealers when my husband and I, decided to trade my 9-year-old vehicle in. We looked at several dealerships before we landed, at Don Franklin Nissan. We had spoken to a salesman we knew at Don Franklin Kia, and he told us to ask for Cody, and we did. Cody was an intelligent young man with a friendly smile and a wonderful personality. He knew his vehicles and was eager to show them all to us. We were still touring the pathfinders on the lot, about closing time, but Cody said, Oh I don't care about closing time, we are always here as long as we need to be. He showed and explained every feature in two pathfinders, and we drove the one we wanted to drive. He also called on fellow staff members to get our car looked at and appraised for trade-in value, so we would know exactly what our purchase price would be.
Fast and efficient service- even tho it was a simple oil change - I was in and out in about 45 minutes !

My problem is with the salesperson that sold me the truck, the vehicle didn't have any rear seat headrests , I was promised that they (Don Franklin auto sales) would see that I would receive them, but four years later, and still no headrests
I was told that since I didn't have anything in writing, that I would have to purchase them myself.
I was raised by, your give someone your word, you stand by that, no matter what happens.
I will never recommend them for any more sales. Because they will never stand by their word. They are just lieing to people to make a sale and get the commission!!!!!!!!

Excellent service from Don Franklin of somerset. Handled my recalls on my son's truck and kept me informed throughout the repair. Making an appointment is always easy they always get started right away and anticipated work time is always accurate. I am very happy with lamar sexton he explains what work is necessary and why. I will continue taking all my vehicles to Don Franklin of Somerset.

Salesman (Adam Godby) and his Mgr. were easy to work with and did not come across as the typical high-pressure sales type. Also know their product very well and took the time to show me everything about the vehicle before I left the dealership. Also did a good job of following up with me to ensure everything was ok.
