The service department helped me reschedule my first oil change quickly before the forecasted snow storm. I was very pleased with the quick service I received when we arrived and also the waiting area was nice and had hot drinks to enjoy why we waited for the oil change to be completed. The service department employees were knowledgeable and informative when I asked questions about my Chrysler minivan and bout future vehicle services. After completing the first routine vehicle service, I would feel very comfortable with my wife bringing the vehicle by herself and having the services completed if necessary. 🙂
