I am a life long RAM truck and Jeep person. I’ve purchased several new RAM and Jeep products from Don Franklin Somerset over the years, and I have always had great experiences with the purchase process. Additionally….since I perform lots of maintenance, Tim Brooks and Jimmy Saylor in the Parts Department always take good care of me with a great, in-stock parts inventory, and if it is not in stock…I have it in a day or two. Lastly….for those instances when I can’t perform a certain task or repair, I can always rely on Lamar in the Service Department, along with their technicians, to get me up and going!!!

Well, Jeremiah was an outstanding sales person. I told what type vehicle and he made it happen. He was very professional, but courteous and humble. I did not feel pressured to buy at all. Which i personally appreciate. In short, he is a go getter. After serving 30 years in the military for this great country. I can tell and honest and loyal salesperson. Jeremiah is a keeper for your company. I will be telling my friends about him.
Quick friendly service
I like the customer service staff provide through the selling process and in the service department. I came in for my 1st oil change; the manager and staff that sold me my car approached me to see how I’m loving my car. The staff at the service department also scored high in the professionalism he exhibited in my experience. He was kind and thorough of the work that was completed when he gave my receipt. Keep up the good work team!

We love our truck run so good, very smooth ride, it was easy on diesel didn’t even used so much. It have plenty more room than our old truck.
