Service department at Don Franklin Chrysler. Gary and Blake are very courteous kind, and knowledgeable in their line of duty. Providing excellent customer service and experience. The environment that they represent is hasslefree I’ll also providing quick service when . To me Chrysler/Mopar has always made and produced quality parts. However, the JEEP that I own right now had to have a steering dampener replaced a 24,000 miles which created a death wobble in the steering, which from my understanding is a common issue with jeeps. However, the part has been revised and hopefully this issue is taken care of. I have always drove Chrysler vehicles. I’ve been happy with the products that they do offer.. I understand that the manufacturers are always gonna have some issues with certain parts. With that being said in a perfect world you still can’t win em all. However, I still can put my trust and confidence in those at Don Franklin Chrysler.
