I have worked in a dealership and been a service manager, the time frame to get a oil change is very slow, I call in and told will be a week or two before can get in, if you are that busy you need to make room for additional help in this area.
I use to do all my own work but have become handicapped and can't get up if I get down so I depend on you for service, I don't like there 10 min oil change area as you don't get what you pay for.
You even treated an “ out of tower” with respect! Nicely done! Thank you!

We dropped off our Cadillac and Tim made sure it was taken care of for us at the Campbellsville place. Tim helped us use our service warranty to pay for a new thermostat. This is our fourth or fifth vehicle we have purchased from Don Franklin and it’s because of great sales people like Adam Capps and service people like Tim.

My truck acts like it did years ago. That’s great. But it did take a long time and sure cost a lot. I can’t imagine how much it costs to run a shop like that and dealing with phantom problems all day. Not to mention keeping the current computer programs etc. Thanks for everything. Jeff
