Everyone is very courteous and friendly. Customer service is obviously high on their list. They are skillful and knowledgeable in what it takes to keep our vehicle safe and running like it should. Tim Brown, the Service Advisor, makes sure all of our concerns and questions are answered. Jacob Fisher, the Tech, uses his training and skill to get things done in the right way. Very glad we have Don Franklin's dealership here in Campbellsville Ky.

Don Franklin has the widest variety of vehicles in the state. The best part about it is, they can pull from other locations over to where is most convenient for you! They are always quick to get me behind the wheel, and they put their customer service first. I have purchased three vehicles from them, and I plan to continue to use them in the future.
