The Campbellsville Ky Chevrolet/GM Service department is awesome!
The check-in team that schedules repairs and oil changes are super courteous and very professional.
I love the fact they come to RECC and pick up our vehicles. This service is crucial to those of us that work 8-5.
I never allow any one to work on my truck other than your certified technicians.
Please thank them all for everything they do for the customers.

I now have owned 3 cars from the Franklin family of dealerships. I was around when Don started the Ford dealership at its current location he was always good to me. I will buy again from Don Jr. If the opportunity comes around.

Don Franklin as a brand has the best vehicle warranty in the business. I don’t have to fight for warranty claims Don Franklin recommends them. Don Franklin Campbellsvile is outstanding. They have the best people and the best service. I live in Nashville but I make the drive every time to Kentucky because I know I will be cared for. There’s allot of BS out there but Don Franklin keeps me on the road and I recommend them to anyone purchasing a car. I’ll never buy a vehicle anywhere else!

The service associate was great about accommodating me and getting me in. However, you need to fix the online booking system. This is the second time I have booked online and got a confirmation and showed up to be told I do not have an appointment. Happened in Bardstown previously as well. Figure it out or turn it off.
