Very friendly and inviting from the time I walked through the door. Kept me informed about my car and a text link for any questions that I might have while I was there. Plus they checked and fixed all the recalls the same day that I didn’t know my car had. Great experience all the way around! I do not get this kind of service in Corbin at Don Franklin so I was highly impressed!

Warranty, easy process to be buy , friendly salesperson or persons. Service ease and friendliness. Wish that the Kia Loyalty was geared to repeat buyers and not just 18 mo of business. More towards the repeat buyer that may have traded the vehicle before the 18 months but traded and stayed with KIA. That’s my only complaint.
