At least this time, I didn't have to wait for work to begin. Other times I've made an appointment and an hour later my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot. The service person, Graydon Koger, looked over my record to be sure I wasn't repeating services I already had. I only wish you had a customer web page where I could pull up my maintenance records and also delete vehicles you have record of that I no longer own. It is hard for me to remember what I did and didn't do to which vehicle each time. Although since you won't work on my 95 Ford, I now only have one Chevy.

Everyone was very easy to work with and communicative. Danielle gave us a call immediately when a car meeting our request arrived to ensure we could get to it first. Jon in sales provided all the info I needed, and took our deposit to secure the car for us. Upon arrival he had all the paperwork set up and ready to go. We were offered a fair price for our trade in (right in line with what we wanted for it). Overall it was a great no-pressure visit where everyone we interacted with was willing and able to explain anything wet had questions about or wanted to know. Overall we left with the car we wanted, for what we expected to pay for it, all with a nice stress-free time at the dealership.
