They are quick but can’t always figure out the problem, unless it happens while you’re there and when you live 2 &1/2 hours away that’s hard to do. Other than that the entire car lot is amazing!!

I love GM trucks. I love my GM dealer i would not take my truck anywhere else. I had to take my truck somewhere else one time to have it serviced because I could not get in. They were horrible to deal with. My GM Dealer is awesome to deal with, the service department is great and all the other staff always speak as they pass by.

The sales team is second to none. The service department is the same. The parts department again the same. I have been doing business with Don Franklin for years now and their service and parts department is the only reason I chose to buy a truck from them recently. The sales team and manger are absolutely the best I have ever worked with. And when the time comes to buy another I will be at the Don Franklin store. Also when you buy from them make sure to check out their GAP program you can thank me later.
