I like getting m car serviced at Don Franklins because I need to know what is done to my car is the way it needs to be cars are expensive and so are services but at Don Franklin it’s affordable and the best if something does go wrong in the garage which it has before because it’s so hard to keep a good mechanic these days but the men that’s been there for so long will make it right and handle the issues immediately. I love this for they take that worry off my mind. I’m so thankful to have them taking care of my car.

I appreciate the courtesy reminders for my appointments, and also the message when it’s finished and ready for pick up. They also go over everything with me, and even let me know what might need attention at the next appointment.
It’s easy to make an appointment with you all and it doesn’t take all day to do anything always the help is always courteous and friendly.
