I had a mechanical issue with my previous Nissan Rogue and the service department provided exceptional customer service. At the time, I told my husband if I ever bought a new vehicle I would definitely consider Don Franklin. Due to an unforeseen accident (deer), I recently found myself on the hunt for a new vehicle. My husband reached out to a sales manager (Tim Hardwick) to let him know I was interested in purchasing a new Nissan Rogue. I was looking at a couple currently on their lot but had my heart set on a deep ocean blue colored one. He located one and brought it to the Columbia dealership later that afternoon. I asked to look at a pre-owned Nissan Rogue in Somerset and they also brought it to Columbia. I dealt with floor manager David Powell who also like Tim provided exceptional service. They both made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Don Franklin to family and friends.
Everyone is nice and helpful, alway go over the check list on the inspection and what they have found ,, I drive a lot of miles and they alway get me in and back on the road
