The theaters are clean and well maintained. Staff members are friendly. The bathrooms are clean. I like the fact that Santikos uses profits for charities in San Antonio.

Overall the place is clean and runs fairly smooth, Seats are comfortable and the food has always been good, we have had the hotdogs, nachos, pizza and soft drinks food was warm and tasty. This is why we drive 45 mins to go to the Cibolo Santikos

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were friendly at the ticket counter when I didn’t really know what to see. I felt welcomed even though I was alone and didn’t feel out of place. I accidentally went to the wrong theater and staff kindly (without making me feel humiliated) helped me to the right theater. The self dispensing popcorn machine was awesome. The seats were comfortable. It was well worth the drive. I went 2 weeks in a row and appreciated the Christian documentaries and the Marvel movie mix. Even the concessions were great. The pizza was good. The cashiers were smiling and made me smile. It was a joy to be there at the end of a long workday.

It has a very comfortable seats and tables, it looks very clean, and their auditoriums are big enough for many people.

Their staff is so kind.

There is more things to do. After watching the movie you went to watch.... Their bowling alley is super cool.

I live how big it is. I love that we can get our own drinks and popcorn butter. I love the recliners but especially the tables connected to the recliners. Please make it cooler in the theaters.
