I have been going to sport clips for two years now. My first haircut was after a major accident involving a semi that hit me. On my first trip in I had Ceicela sorry if I spelled it wrong. But wow she made my day I was very down and she understood and was compassionate. Over the next two years I have a had a few different girls cut my hair and daughters hair and they do a great job . But I have to say hands down she is the backbone of the Napa store when ever I go in she is always hustling around greating every one who comes in the store. I see all the awards she has won since they are displayed on the shelf. I don’t know if she is management or not but she does the job of one. Please keep her for ever and have her train others in customer service.

Kari does an Awesome job every time I come in for a cut and beard trim. We also had Jeanette do my 4 year old son's cut and he loves getting his hair done by her.

I like being able to get a simple cut that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg because I’m a woman. I like the MVP service. The hot towel with the essential oils and the tea tree shampoo are a nice touch.

I really love the welcoming and warming environment. Been going here since july 2022 and its quite honestly good to come, and leave feelings new and refreshed. Staff is quite pleasant to deal with, and that's part of why I come back every time. I absolutely love it there.
Morgin goes above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied with my haircut, have the product I need and am in/out in a timely fashion. Can't ask for much better service than that!
