I enjoy being able to create an appoint online and arrive a few minutes before my scheduled time. I've never had to wait more than just a few minutes. I don't have a dedicated stylist to cut my hair, but I've never been had a bad haircut.
I like that I can get an appt online quickly. Time accuracy is spotty sometimes but for the most part it is as advertised.
