I really like the online check in process. The MVP cut is my favorite. I enjoy the hot towel and the neck treatment very much. My hair is always treated with top notch hair products to insure great results. Trixie is my go stylist. Her attention to detail is very appreciated. She gets it right every time! I get a great haircut at a reasonable cost. The last two visits, the app. had me arrive close to 1/2 hour early. I find his frustrating since I am always 5-10 min early for appointments.

I made a last-minute reservation at the North Meridian store, and I'm glad I did. I wish I could remember who cut my hair, but she was awesome! Friendly, professional, and asked precisely what I was looking to get done to my hair. I believe she is the only one who got it right. Once I find out her name, I'll be asking to see her from now on.
