My Stylist Kindra Marcano did an amazing job with my style. She communicated with me about everything, I left feeling super refreshed and rejuvenated when I was leaving the store. She even gave me a free haircut for a buddy, wich I'm going to pass on for sure.

Thanks to your staff at Federal Way sports clips who made up or the terrible time I had trying to make an appointment. You really didn't test the program before putting out for public use. Are you idiots? When I called the store, and the staff got me registered and understood my frustration with your software issues. Every time I tried to check in on like, I was sent to Austin Texas, not an easy drive from Idaho. Next, I centered the map on Boise and there was no place to check in. You know. I'm not good with computers, but I could have done a better job. I hope you get a discount on the software bill.

all the employees are concerned about how you like your hair and always ask if you want the special treatment rather than some you do or you don’t very friendly I’d recommend it to anybody. Because they actually listen to you.
