Cheyanne was awesome, I hadn’t been to a sports clips in years. I usually just cut my own hair but i figured I’d have someone else do it this time. The cut looked great. I manage several retail stores in central Idaho and appreciated her dedication to the phone policy. Every call that came through was answered after the first ring and every customer that walked in was greeted. When she was taking me back for the wash she even told one of the other staff to cover the phones. She offered products afterwards as well. Excellent work
Neckline options? Never heard of options for that!! Hot towels and neck massage... great!

I really like the online check in process. The MVP cut is my favorite. I enjoy the hot towel and the neck treatment very much. My hair is always treated with top notch hair products to insure great results. Trixie is my go stylist. Her attention to detail is very appreciated. She gets it right every time! The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is always kind and helpful.

I get a great haircut at a reasonable cost. The last two visits, the app. had me arrive close to 1/2 hour early. I find his frustrating since I am always 5-10 min early for appointments.

I made a last-minute reservation at the North Meridian store, and I'm glad I did. I wish I could remember who cut my hair, but she was awesome! Friendly, professional, and asked precisely what I was looking to get done to my hair. I believe she is the only one who got it right. Once I find out her name, I'll be asking to see her from now on.
