I like the professional service that is provided. I get the whole thing. The wash and the cut and the massage are great. My hair cut person is Sayre. She is amazing! I like her professionalism and willingness to do what I would like.
One thing though: hot towels! It seems the towels haven't had time to heat up. Maybe putting a few in the microwave first thing would be helpful.

It’s really the people
The stylists are always great, very pleasant, and listen carefully. I've never had a bad experience that way.
My only feedback is when you request a specific stylist, this time it was just stuck on 6 minutes waiting time for about 15 minutes, and never updated. Finally, it updated to 5 minutes, then it was actually a 5 minute wait until the stylist was ready.

As always, Allee at the South Meridian location is why I keep going back. She's an honest, hard working, and positive employee. I've never seen a customer walk out before me without being thankful and happy with their haircut! It's obvious she has the respect of her coworkers, and I've personally witnessed her help the newer employees be successful.
The customer service is what makes this location my favorite. It’s nice to go to a place that consistently has the same friendly people working there.
