After a frustrating bad cut, followed by a fix cut then a return for a neck trim. The neck trim seemed to care less because it was the free trim you offer customers. Which I normally tip, but I didn't this time. I wasn't happy. Enough time went by to where I needed another cut to try and fix the bad cut, initial fix and neck trim. So, I drove out of my way to try another location. Mari in Caldwell did a great job. She too her time and made sure my cut was right.
