I always find it easy to schedule appointments with the stylist that knows how to cut my hair. I have thick hair that can be hard to cut, but the stylists always take care to share with each other how to cut my hair so I haven't had to worry about having a different stylist cutting it.
I also use a specific type of crew product, the crew texture lotion, which I can't find at other retail and hair places. So I hope sport clips keeps carrying this product

I appreciate the online appointment schedule. Products are good and facilities are well maintained and clean. The real reason I come back is because I can go online to see if my favorite barber is working. Justine is phenomenal! All the boys in my family get their haircut from Justine.

I do like your service sometimes. It’s hit or miss as to weather one gets a good stylist or someone who is not very good. I’ve had 3 really good cuts lately but this last one was awful. Can’t wait for it to grow out and be a little more particular about stylist. Please do better.

I like that I can get a good haircut and I don't have to schedule an appt days in advance. The SportClips app makes it easy to see the wait times and then I can decide if i want to put my name on the list and get cut that day. I wish they wouldn't always try to upsell to the MVP service. I just want my hair cut with no wash and I really don't even know what that's called on their menu. I'm pretty sure I usually pay for more service than I intend or want.
