The people. I've been going to Vern for years and she's second to none. She listens, is a blast to talk to, and provides awesome cuts every time I go! Sadly I'm moving out of state and will miss Vern so much. If I'm ever back, I absolutely will be going back to get a haircut from Vern!! She's simply the best!

The sign in system is awesome… I always get friendly people, they take the time to listen. I try to get the same person every time I go, they do such good job. The store is always so clean, even the bathroom.

Got in the lineup 25 minutes out, arrived with 4 minutes to go and was first in line. Got Cassidy a second time and she did a great job both times, will request her next time.
