2 years ago I checked in online with a 55-minute wait, drove 30 minutes, and still waited nearly 2 hours without being taken back. Staff claimed I never checked in and were dismissive when I showed proof. The lack of professionalism was frustrating, so I left without a haircut.
Recently, I gave Sport Clips another try with my son, and at first we had a similar issue where our check-in glitched and we got bumped back in line. However Justine, immediately stepped in, listened, apologized, and made it right. She got my son taken back right away, did a great job, and then did my haircut too. Her professionalism, communication, and skill completely turned my experience around. She’s the reason I would come back again.
