I stopped into the Eagle (State Street) location to inquire about improving a haircut from another Sport Clips location a few days prior.
Christina listened to my concerns and offered to improve the haircut. Her attitude was exceptional... she sincerely cared about correcting the issues and her positivity was more than expected. She was efficient with the adjustments and I left with a haircut that was beyond my expectations.
This was the first time in several years of Sport Clips experience that I have returned for a correction or adjustment. Christina has fully restored my confidence in the expected quality of a Sport Clips experience.

I stopped going to the place I used to get my haircut, because every time I went in, I had a different stylist. Either they quit, or just don’t work there anymore. I needed something that I can count on each time I get a haircut, enter Sports Clips.
I have been using Sports Clips now for over two years, with the same stylist. I like getting on the list online and knowing when I come in, I have my spot in line. I like how my stylist “knows” me. She knows my likes. She listens to me if I want to make changes and she will also make suggestions.
My stylist is very good at what she does. She has a positive attitude and it shows in her work. I love the special treatment I get to choose, whether it be a shampoo and massage or just a cut. There are options.
She also asks if I need any products, if I do she has enough knowledge about them to tell me which ones I need and for what reason,
