Every employee has been great.
The one exception is Kindra (Kendra?) I will turn people away if she is working. She is unprofessional, yells and berates customers, and overall is just unpleasant. I think the other stylists are afraid of her/do not like her but are nice to her just because she's loud and boisterous.
Everyone that I've come in contact with at the various Sport Clips locations in the area have all been very nice and helpful. Kori at the Caldwell location has been especially nice and helpful and I look forward to my next visit there.
