I feel it’s more on the staff that make me come in more than anything. You have Gems like Natalie and Bre( when she used to work there) who made me go back week after week. I try to stick to the same hairdresser and I’ve tried a couple until I found the right ones. Natalie is awesome, and I always appreciated conversations with her also.
