The site manager who styled my hair (twice) did an excellent job and I didn't have to (re)explain myself. She got the gist and did her take on it. I went home, rewashed all the product out of my hair, slept on it over night, and it was PERFECT the next day. No waiting for two weeks for the ut to improve!
