The environment is always welcoming, happy, and upbeat at the location I go to. If you’re picky about your cut like I am, once you find the right person that is the right fit for you, there isn’t much else to ask for! I found Eliza after having a cut that didn’t come out the way I wanted, I called in immediately and talked with Allie, she said “come back and either myself or Eliza will recut it”. Eliza recut it, it came out great, I went back 2 weeks later and had Eliza cut it again. I have been to her every 2 weeks since (about 4-5 months now). I have even had her change up my style a little (which I never do) based on a photo, and she nailed it! She is always concerned about my liking of the last cut and if there is anything else she can do, or I may want done differently. To top it off she remembers many details that aren’t in my profile.
