Even though the lobby was packed, with every chair full, I was politely greeted as soon as I walked in. Every employee was courteous and helpful even though they were all extremely busy. Erin did a fantastic job, cutting my hair and correcting the errors my barber had made.
Its a great place to get your haircut. You need to make sure you check in online so you arent waiting forever. I love the headwash they do after! Always very welcoming and friendly staff.
