I have yet to have been treated poorly by the staff. I have left my two previous hair cutting locations due to being disregarded by the cutters and them letting people jump the queue to give preferential treatment to other clients.
I had 2 bad haircuts at the Overland location, was nearby the State Street location and thought I'd try it. The wait time was short, the stylists were friendly and engaged and I got a good haircut from Lori (?)
