Vern is the reason.. she's the best. Your app sucks.. twice I've gone into the queue come inside waited my full time and then all of a sudden out of nowhere someone kicks in front of me and I have another 20 or 30 minutes added to my time.. if it wasn't for Vern I would probably never come to sports clips again..
