The products are very good and work well with my type of hair. Like the oil very much for my sides as it is very short and leaves it feeling soft and refreshing.
Service has mostly been positive. It really is hit or miss with the hair dressers. Last experience was positive and my son liked his haircut.
Products could be priced lower or have discounts or sales or frequent buyer programs.

I try and make my appointments with Jessica. She is very accommodating and personable. She makes sure I am satisfied with my haircut and answers any questions or concerns I have. I also like the appointment process. Easy to get an appointment at the times that are best for my schedule.
Fair prices. You give your stylist time to do an actual good job. Instead of super cuts where they have you on a timer per cut. Always friendly service
I really enjoy Mitch. I requested him because he was set available. Apparently he was on his lunch. I was gonna have to wait another 30 minutes. He came back from his lunch early to cut my hair. Super grateful for him and a great guy. Not understanding why your app you guys would allow me to book an appointment when somebody’s not there

I'm so sorry Vern, I came to get a haircut and Sarah was wearing a Vern mask and had your name tag on. I thought it was you until the very end when she took off the Vern mask and revealed she was actually Sarah. I didn't know. She gave me a good haircut though.

Love the tea tree shampoo and con man products. How anyone would get a haircut without the mvp baffles me. In 10 years, I have never had a bad experience. New to this store, but it's great!

Wow. I did not realize just how bad I looked - hair like Nick Nolte. I am so grateful that I came to Sport Clips for a haircut. I missed out on the amazing MVP this time, but will get it next time. My stock went way up after my hair cut. So much gray hair cut, and now I look like some bugie movie star. My advice is to get your haircut with MVP ASAP. Society will thank you and you will thank yourself. So good. Really, Really good.
