As a new customer looking for a new stylist to replace mine who I loved however moved out of the state, Lindsay provided exceptional service from welcoming, to discussing my preference before starting, to promoting company products that might fill the void of previous hair products I use, to a relaxing MVP experience, to playing up the new store and giving discount coupons to pass on to others, and hoping to see me again. She shared with me that she was just promoted to Asst Store Mgr this morning (Thu, Nov 7), and was excited for the opportunity. From what I experienced today, a very smart management decision by the franchise owner. I have found my new hair stylist, my new hair home. Name removed
