Courtney is my go-to person. My hair is curly with cowlicks. It is very difficult to cut it evenly in the style I like. She has worked with me and has it down to a science. She listened, asked for feedback, and adjusted accordingly. For the service that she provides, I gave a '10'. As for the company, I am not a fan of the brand but Courtney has me loyal to going to your Clearwater Mall location and I refer friends based on my experience with her.
Fast service and I haven't had a bad haircut yet. The app is super friendly and allows you to view wait times in real time so you can show up and go right in without wasting time sitting around. It is at your convenience which is awesome!
