I went on line and noticed that the wait time was zero so I drove over and was served immediately by a very nice fellow (Carlos I think). He did a great job on my hair and my wife thinks it looks "sexy" :). I was pleased to find the technology was working well and very pleased with my haircut. Apparently my wife was pleased as well.

I had a wonderful VIP experience at Sports Clips Pine Island, Cape Coral yesterday. My stylists, Miledy gave me a great haircut. She is very skilled and always makes you feel welcome. It’s nice to have someone who knows how you like your haircut.
I really like the stylists who usually cut my hair, Kassidy and Kimberlee. I like the overall friendliness of the staff and how they greet everyone. I like being able to "get in line" on the app and see how long the wait is.
