I just returned from Marquesa Plaza with a haircut with Cheryl. She is very pleasant and encouraged me to do the survey since the interim manager on site would not permit her to turn the volume down in the waiting room. I have been a customer ever since you opened this location. Some of my friends live down the street in Wyndemere CC. And also visit here.
As a retired marketing graduate with a lifetime of experience,I was taken aback by the high volume blasting in your small waiting room. I would think you would encourage your customers to chat and feel welcome while waiting their turn?
When your interim manager (who I never saw before) insisted the volume could not be lowered, I told her I would sit outside till called. That was acceptable to her. Glad it wasn’t cold or raining.
It really isn’t accommodating to me or my older friends to choose to sit outside .
I hope you will review this volume policy, losing customers over this would not be good business. Thank you.
