Randall did an excellent job with my haircut this morning. He asked about my preferences. I showed him pictures of a previous haircut that I wanted emulated. He looked carefully at the photos and asked questions. He asked if I wanted my beard trimmed. I did.
He was very careful and conscientious.

Kimberly was amazing. Not just a great haircut but also made sure I was comfortable and had easy access with my wheelchair. Never felt rushed or that I was a inconvenience beings there like I have felt at other times.
