Amazing service! I just dropped in during a ride with a quick question about something that wasn't working on my bike. Had such great service and advice that I immediately booked the bike in for a full service, as well as a few replacement parts. Friendly, approachable staff - I'm not an expert or hard core rider but still felt welcome. We actually returned the next day to buy a new bike for my partner because we were so impressed. Thanks to the whole crew!
