Ben approached us in store and was more than happy to listen to what we were looking for - before making any assumptions. He knew the bike we were after and was able to elaborate on its features/reliability etc. Ben also checked to confirm we had the safest and most comfortable fit for our young guy and completed a pre purchase check of the bike prior to us leaving.

For our purchase, the store had a great range and we felt as a bonus - all 3 colours for the bike we were looking at.
The store had a reassuring range of maintenance products and also security locks to fit our application.
A 6/8 week post purchase check - allows us the opportunity to let things bed in, stretch and move etc. kind of makes us feel that the store cares about how the products are going and want to make sure the bike will be in its best shape for ongoing safe riding.

I purchased an Ebike a few years ago from Cyclescape. I cannot fault the service that I received.
Now years later, when I get my bike serviced, all the staff are just so friendly and keep me updated on progress of service.
A few weeks ago, my bike was going to take longer than expected. So Matt the owner, went out of his way to drive me home, all the way out to Lucas. Then on top of that, he delivered my bike later that night to my home.
I highly recommend Cyclescape, to anyone that is thinking of buying a bike.
