Spent time customising the settings on a test bike for myself. When it came to picking up the bike I had purchased the staff made sure I was happy with the bike and how it was setup. Also spent time explaining the settings on the bike and how to adjust them if neccessary.

The quality of the workmanship. Excellent mechanical work. Re-tapping a thread and using an insert to keep the bolt size constant, therefore saving the stem of the bike amid a spare part shortage is amazing work. Phil is the best!
