I really enjoyed shopping at Freewheel Bikes. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable with solid recommendations for bikes and gear without a lot of pressure to upsell. My larger-size (tall guy here) ebike purchase was shipped in days, and I was on the road and enjoying it less than a week from ordering. The folks there walked me through all of the features and operation. It was put together with care, and I got a free service I can use within a year. 15% off gear when I purchased the bike got me some nice accessories at a cheaper price as well.
