I like that the people that work there are willing to listen to what my kids want in their hair cut. If we are not happy when we get home its not a problem to call and return for a change.

I've going long enough where the folks remember my name. That is always a plus with me. It is also go when you don't have to tell them how you want your cut to be. it is on file. If I want to change it up. all I have to do is ask. The ladies are always friendly and make an old guy like me feel like I'm important. Old guys like that.
You understand men's hair, listen to how we want it, and you pamper us with your massage & shampoos. Every cutter is experienced, fun to talk to, having fun themselves, and usually good looking.
The haircuts are usually very good, the store is always clean and the stylists are usually very personable.

It was just a little rushed like she was in a hurry to get to the next customer. Also, when I came in the data base was messed up and they couldn't find my profile. Some of the information matched but much was messed up.

Uneven cut with longer tufts/that stick up after I get home. Don't try to scissor cut dry. Take note of how I comb/style my hair before you cut it. I came in for a cut, not a new look.
