For the love of god, turn down the volume in BOTH stores. I like ESPN. No, I love ESPN. But not that loud. I and my three sons have been going to your NP ( and new Camarillo) stores for years. The loud ESPN is making dad consider stopping. Even when I am the only customer and the WNBA is on, the stylists can not honor my requests to turn it down. This is crazy. It also is probably a pretty bad work environment condition for 8 hours a day. Name removed

Attention to detail is not always present as speed to finish appears to be the goal.
Its a comfortable environment and the stylists talk to you rather than talk to other stylists. The games on as well is a great concept as well.
