THE FACT THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT VERY LONG TO GET A HAIRCUT. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE KIND & COURTEOUS. I'VE GOTTEN SATISFACTORY HAIRCUTS SINCE COMING TO SPORT CLIPS. THE PRICES FOR HAIRCUTS & PRODUCTS ARE REASONABLE.OVERALL,I'VE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.
1.) Pleasant workers - I have had 4 in the past 5 yrs and all were very good.
2.) Clean, nice facilities which seem well maintained, and give off a positive feeling to clients.
3.) Fast service - can get in and out in 15 - 30 minutes during my noon hours.

Newbury park sports clips is extremely unprofessional. You have 2 girls in the back talking about how one of them got drunk and slept with her friend on one side... Then you have what I'm assuming is the manager telling her employee that she's late too often and to get to work... Not what "VIP" customers want to hear... Which is why I took my business elsewhere. Just happen to be next door to sports clips in newbury park so I just ran in. Quite literally as she cut my hair in less then 5 minutes... Very disappointing as I get hair cuts often and am a sports fanatic.

I take my son in for his regular hair cuts, sometimes they are perfect and some times we have some weird missed spots or lopsided lengths. Its not terrible, he's a boy so we just cut it again in a few weeks, but more consistent results would be nice.
The MVP is my favorite. I go more often for neck trims and the MVP treatment than complete haircuts. I appreciate the atmosphere and the friendly staff.

Have workers repainting the inside of the business do it at night so as not to eliminate the VIP Cuts!
