I brought in myself and three sons. I was asked if I wanted to have the MVP and if I did at full price my next visit would be 50% off. I said yes but I have a coupon. I was told when I entered and showed the coupons they were ok to use. While getting my haircut another stylist mentions that my coupons need to be from that store. I later realized they were from a different store. So when I went to pay they charged me for the MVP and used only one of my coupons I got $2.00 off. They didn't use the other and charged my 10y.o son varsity price and never offered the 50% off and use the other coupons. It would be nice if you offer a discount or have coupons you honor it. Second issue is my son telling the stylist his cut he had been there before and they had no record of style. So this new person cut it all wrong and too short. I have been going there for awhile and really liked your place now not sure if I will bring my sons back.

Carlyn (Newbury Park) was super knowledgeable and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. She was super friendly and knew what kind of product I needed in order to get the hair style I was looking for.
I like the shampoo (Paul Mitchell Tea Tree), and the fact that you wash all the hair clippings out of my hair, and the working the shampoo into my scalp.
The girls know how to cut guys hair : )
The atmosphere is fine, the problem is the constant rotation of the barbers. You never get the same person every time and I know why, but it does not help. I am a senior citizen and I happen to like the store in Newbury Park and the price for a haircut, that is why I come back. the girls are all good!

Consistent quality haircuts. Clean shop, friendly employees entertaining sports TV while I am there. An all around good experience.

Geared to men.. Every cutter (so far) takes time to converse in small talk but seems genuinely interested in "my day".
Quality is inconsistent, but the price is good. If you got both right it would be a winner.

Easy access, great hours of operation, upbeat atmosphere, friendly staff and attentive, willingness to change from Football to Tennis on TV and price in reasonable. Cut is important 9 out of 10 are very good the one time it's not they listened to my suggestion :)

First and foremost its all about Erica and her ability to give a quality haircut. Her personality and the convienence of your lovation make it a slam dunk. I will keep coming back, but a coupon every now and then would be cool. Thanks.

I do not buy your products yet,but I like the service that you provide.I am a little disappointed that the same person is not there that I like and would want her to cut my hair always.It seems like when ever I walk in the shop or call an ask for the person I want to cut my hair the answer is ,Oh she isn't working here anymore,at another shop. I don't like that at all..Some changes should be made,& it's bad for business.My opinion.
Erica is a great stylist and manager. She gives consistently good cuts and runs a good shop.
