The atmosphere is great. What I like the most is the way the shop is run. Erica has a great personality and energy. And besides her skills as a hair cutter, she has the knack for hiring others who are similarly wired. The services are cool, too l, when I have the time to enjoy them. But even without those extras, I'd still make the extra effort to get my haircuts there.
Cuts seem pretty consistently good, even with different cutters. (That sounds more manly than"stylist").

I am a Sport Clips patron because of the friendly, polite and easy-going staff. I love the MVP service and most often visit specifically for the hair wash and neck and shoulder massage. I enjoy talking about business with Erica. As a local business owner, I am interested in the buying habits of fellow customers. I value Erica's management style and her experience in a high turnover environment. The stylists have good interpersonal skills. They sense when I could benefit from their humor and when I would rather relax in silence.
